What is the ORCHESTRA Science Challenge?
Do you want to work with pan-european data regarding COVID-19 infection including Follow-up? Then consider applying for our Science Challenge. Work Package 2 (COVID-19 cohorts and long-term sequelae) data from 4 participating cohorts will be provided. The analysation is going to be be performed with the Federated Learning program DataSHIELD (please also see Release Notes for current version). Within the next months we will select the best applications and accompany these winners during the process of data preparation, analysis and publication.

Involved cohorts/groups
UNIVR (University Hospital of Verona, Italy), UNIBO (University Hospital of Bologna, Italy), SAS (Andalusian Health Service, Spain) & INSERM (National Institute of Health and Research, France) – Patients enrolled per cohort.

Primary Infection, 3-Month Follow-up, 6-Month Follow-up, 12-Month Follow-up, 18-Month Follow-up – WP2 Schedule Follow-up Assessment: Long Version, Adjusted Version, Short Version. (Data items may differ from this protocol, as some of the cohorts existed prior to ORCHESTRA)
